What Is
Fun Sized Festival?
Fun Sized is a tiny public art festival with a big sense of curiosity.
Rather than a large-scale spectacle, the festival focuses on small, site-specific artworks designed to reward attention. Visitors follow clues on a printed or digital map to discover 16 miniature public artworks hidden throughout downtown Northampton.
Each piece responds to its surroundings—inviting pause, play, and discovery within the everyday flow of city life.

Because tiny art deserves tiny surprises. As you make your way around downtown on your Fun Sized adventure, stop into participating businesses and sample their Tiny Offerings—special treats, experiences, and little surprises created just for festival weekend.
Follow the hunt, explore the town, pop into a few places along the way, and see what tiny delights await.
Want to hear the story behind the tiny art? Throughout the weekend, select Fun Sized artists will be giving short talks about their work and the pieces they created for the festival.
Just meet us at the Fun Sized tent in front of Thornes Marketplace at the scheduled time. From there, the artist will lead you to their installation for a quick, up-close look at the work and the ideas behind it.
No sign-up needed. Just show up, take a tiny walk, and hear directly from the artist.
